The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the metro station and within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. It is also not far from Termini station, making it easy to travel around the city. The rooms are clean and the beds are decent, providing a comfortable place to rest. Additionally, the staff is helpful and friendly, providing good service to guests.
The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is not very reliable, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on internet access during their stay.

Spacious and comfortable room with wi-fi and a bridge, inside is two free bottles of water and small packets of juice which we didn't expect. Nice Breakfast, a croissant and a cappuccino provided at a bar just the opposite of the Guest House. Convenient location, easy to access to and from the train station. Very nice and helpful staff, very generous to guests asking for basic need, E.G. more breakfast and water. In general, we had very good stay here and will definitely recommend to friends.
Tap water running slow. Many doors(four) to open with keys from the entrance of the building to the room but it means safe.

A sweet surprise at breakfast - the café below the property serves a simple but delightful morning treat that will leave you smiling all day long.
Toilet issues occasionally occurred.

free espresso and fruit in the lobby for guests. friendly and kind staff of the hotel.
1. it didn't mention 'bed and breakfast" in Booked.net and we found out after the reservation and we didn't care but we should. 2.the breakfast was awful: one piece of croissant and one cup of capuccino or orange juice!!. is this a breakfast? it should have mentiond in the website.the building was not clean and very poor in technology (esp the elevator).

The staff helped wherever they could and the hotel was very nice. Comfortable and easy going, no thrills but very safe and well looked after.
Hardish to find, in the same hotel as another, but only that hotel is signed up. This didn't really bother us, just confused us on arrival.

The location within walking distance of Termini as well as both Metro- lines (a + b) is ideal. You can walk to il Colloseo and there's bars, markets etc. just around the corner. Look for "Hotel Oriente" and you'll find a doorbell with its name on it.

Convenient location, close to Termini, near the metro
Air conditioning and safe deposit box in room rentals have not worked (on the street was 27), the room was very stuffy. Safe after a request was repaired. Very small bathroom. Air Conditioning promised to do but did not. Meager breakfast - bread, coffee, croissant. Need to carry a bunch of 4 keys. Tv 14 "is very old. Safe is very small.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and not far from Termini station. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and comfortable room with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our room was cleaned daily and providing us with toiletries. The hotel's proximity to the metro station made it easy for us to explore the city and reach attractions like the Colosseum and Vatican.
Almost perfect. The only downside was.

Perfect place for staying a few nights in Rome. Ideal hotel position - 10 min walking from Termini station, 1 min walking to Vittorio Emanuelle metro station /1 stop from Termini/. Clean room every day, very nice bathroom with all equipment /shampoo, body douche gel, hair dryer etc./ Lovely greetings to Sarah and the other guy at reception desk - very nice persons. Small, but very tasteful breakfest /croissant and capuccino/ in the cafe next to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Its lest than 5 mintues walk from the Metro. If u were to come from the airport, u should take The Leonardo Express to Termini station (This is not metro line). Its takes 25mintues to reach Termini and takes about 10-15minutes walk to the hotel. The staff is also willing to stay back if u inform them early that u will arrive late to check in on the first day.
Well there is no sign of the hotel. Look out for Hotel Oriente sign and then look at the door bell. It will have many hotels and one of them is the hotel'S. The aircondition worked only for the 1st night but its ok since the weather at night is cool.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from Termini and right opposite Vittorio Emanuel metro station. It was very convenient for exploring Rome, with the Colosseum and supermarkets nearby. the apartment itself was fantastic, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a short stay. Paula, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cons: 😊 Nothing, it is perfect! .

The staff were extremely obliging. They helped in every way possible from letting me print off some paperwork to allowing me to store a bag for a couple of days while I left Rome. The bathroom was lovely; clean, new and had obviously not long been refurbished. The location was good too, close to Termini and lots of sights of Rome were within walking disatnce.
Location may be a bit tricky to find. They should point our it's in the same building as the Hotel Oriente.

Very nice for people on a budget for a short stay. Friendly staff, nicely decorated rooms. Only a 10 minute walk from train station in one direction and 10 to 20 minutes walk to various tourist areas ( if you don't get lost like we did).
Small bathroom with tiny shower. Bad plumbing for toilet.
